Our direct mail distribution reaches every home listed for sale in Chico’s real estate market as well as every home sold in the three months prior to each publication. We also distribute magazines directly to homes in Chico’s most affluent communities including Canyon Oaks, Butte Creek Country Club, Stilson Canyon, California Park and more.
Upgraded Living™ was first published in September of 2007 as a resource for Northern California real estate and since has developed into a premier location for information on community, home, garden, real estate, events, entertainment, dining and lifestyle. We continue to hold firm to our beliefs in shopping locally and developing our local economy. We are strong supporters of 10% Shift™, Shop Local™, and Downtown Chico's Shop Outside the Box™ campaign. We believe that each and every one of us has the ability to make big changes locally, by making small changes in our own spending habits.
Upgraded Living™ is a strong supporter of philanthropy both locally and globally. We support foundations and charities whenever possible by providing advertising free of charge whenever space is available and funding whenever our budget allows to companies who strive to selflessly to do great things for those in need.
